Our Purpose

Closing the gap in anxiety support

Millions live with anxiety, but most never get help. We’re here to change that.

Why we exist

Anxiety is one of the world’s biggest silent struggles

An estimated 359 million people worldwide currently live with an anxiety disorder — yet most never receive support. Only 1 in 4 get any kind of treatment, and in many parts of the world, that number drops to less than 1 in 10.

The impact is huge: anxiety is most common in young people, especially among adolescent girls, and the cost to the global economy exceeds $1 trillion every year in lost productivity, healthcare, and disability.

And yet behind every statistic is something bigger: millions of people silently suffering — undiagnosed, untreated, or simply without access to the tools they need.

That’s why we exist. To close the gap. To make support more accessible, more practical, and more human. To give people real tools they can use, even when professional help isn’t available.

The missing piece

It’s not just about knowing, it’s about applying

When I struggled with anxiety, I found it hard to access clear information about what I was experiencing. Even when I did, it rarely translated into action.

What was missing was a way to:

  • Learn about anxiety in plain, practical terms
  • See how triggers, symptoms, and fears connect
  • Apply the right technique in the middle of a tough moment

Because it’s almost impossible to focus on long-term recovery when you can’t even get through today’s panic.

OUR MISSION

Practical help, today and tomorrow

That’s why we created Naked— a way to bring everything together in one place:

  • Practical tools to calm anxiety in the moment
  • Educational content that explains what’s happening in clear language

  • Connections between triggers, symptoms, and techniques to support long-term progress

The goal is simple: to help you cope right now, while also building clarity and confidence for the future.
