I’m Phil, and I built this app because of my own struggles with health anxiety. I know what it feels like to be trapped in your head, overwhelmed by racing thoughts, and desperate for something that works.
Therapy gave me tools, and community gave me real-world tips — but what was missing was a way to actually use them in the moment. That’s why I created Naked: to make practical support simple, accessible, and always there when you need it most.
